SCHEDULED ROUTES

KTEL accurately adhere the designated routes and schedule new extra routes if it's required based on the service needs of the passengers. It also has the right to alter the scheduled routes if it is needed in order to provide better service to the passengers.

OPEN DATE TICKETS

Passengers with open date tickets should register a ticket on time KTEL will not be held liable if there is no seat on the desired day. Open date tickets have their duration time printed on them.

TICKET CHECK ON THE BUS

Authorised personnel from KTEL will check the passengers ticket during embarcation and during the trip. When there is such a ticket check, passengers are obligated to show their tickets and any discount papers if they have a ticket with some form of discount.

SECURITY MEASURES

For safety reasons, all passengers and tyhe items they have with them on their trip might be checked. People who refuse to comply will be denied embarcation on the bus and the local police authorities will be informed. During disembarcation, all passengers dhould take with them their personal belongings and their luggage.

BUSSES

KTEL reserve the right to change busses if it is required in order to avoid any inconvenience that could be caudes for the passengers. KTEL ensure cleanliness, presentable appearance, safe movement of the buses and maintenance in order to reduce the enviromental impact.

REMARKS

For any remarks or complaints during the duration of the trip passengers should talk to the bus driver and after their trip they should inform the ticket booths of KTEL.

PASSENGERS' LUGGAGE

Passengers' luggage is placed at the specialy designed luggage area of the bus. Luggage shouldn't contain any valuable items. Passengers are kindly requested to take with them any personal items that they are going to need during the trip. KTEL are not responsible for any loss the luggage was forgotten in the storing area of the bus.

SENDING PACKAGES USING KTEL

KTEL has an organised pick up and delivery service for such packages.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Passengers are prohibited to carry firearms, explosives, flam wable and other dangerous materials with them during their trip.
